Souper Bowl at the Vet's Memorial Multipurpose Room
You're invited to the Sixth Annual Souper Bowl Benefit for Elderly Nutrition

$10 for adults, $3 for children (12 and under)
Tickets do usually sell out in advance, so be sure to get yours soon!
Join us as we host Dos Coyotes, Monticello Seasonal Cuisine, Our House, Osteria Fasulo, Seasons, Tommy J's, Sudwerks, the DJUSD Central Kitchen, the Davis Food Co-op Deli, Caffe Italia, and two more soup-makers for our annual competition to determine Davis' new Souper Bowl Champion.
Ticket price includes a tast of all soups, bread courtesy of Village Bakery, beverage, and dessert - plus one Voting Bean to cas your vote for the best soup in Davis. Live music by Matthew Grasso.
Here are a series of ways to share the love with local agricultural producers! All events are at the store.
Fiscalini Farmstead Cheese

Fiscalini says "the health and contentment of our cows is our livelihood" and their cheese certainly bears out their methods. Try a sample, and cat with Stepahie about their farm.

Meet high school students who grow some produce, buy the rest from local farmers, and make and sell their own delicious salsa.
Organic Valley Dairy Co-op

Learn about how you can help protect existing farms, create opportunities for young farmers and ensure sourcesof local food for generations to come.

Wine or Beer Tastings usually occur on the first three Fridays of the month from 6 to 8 PM in the Co-op Conference Room at 620 G Street.

For adults over 21, the cost is $1.00/taste, with as many tastes possible as there are wines to sample. (For beer tastings, we usually have a "slate" price and the option of $1.00/taste.) All profits from the tastings through March will benefit Solar Community Housing Association and The Domes.

Downtown Davis' February 10 "HeArt About" is a special art & dessert walk celebrating Valentine's Day. Dioscover the sweet spots of Downtown Davis and view the work of local artists. All events are free.
Sweets from the Davis Food Co-op Bakery will be available at Ray Johnston Photograpy Studio, 803 2nd Street, Suite 302 during the reception from 6 to 9 PM. Music from DJ Lounge Beat.
