Renovation Plans

Below you will find two drawings. The first denotes the areas of the store covered under each of the four concurrent phases. Note that the four-phase diagram provides only a draft of the actual work to be done. By dividing the renovation into four phases, the Co-op will maintain greater control of expenses and will be able to adjust the later phases based upon the successes and challenges of the initial phases. For more detail about each phase, please refer to General Manager Eric Stromberg's Master Plan Summary.
